Return Policy
Return terms for custom digital services and deliverables.
PK ENTERPRISE provides custom digital services. Unlike physical products, completed digital work such as website code, designs, content updates, and deployed websites cannot be returned in the traditional sense after delivery.
1. No Physical Returns
We do not sell physical products. Therefore, physical product return, pickup, replacement shipment, or courier return rules do not apply.
2. Digital Deliverables
Digital deliverables are reviewed through previews, shared files, or live staging links. If a delivered item does not match the agreed scope, the client should report the issue so we can review and correct it within the applicable revision or support period.
3. Revision-Based Resolution
For custom design and development work, issues are usually resolved through revisions, bug fixes, or scope clarification. Refunds, if any, are handled under our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Completed and approved website designs or code
- Delivered logo, poster, banner, or social media creative files
- Domain registration, hosting, SSL, paid plugin, theme, or third-party purchases
- Maintenance work already completed for an active billing period
